Problems?

Please follow these suggestions:

• If you don't remember your password, enter your Email then enter no (in lower case) in the Password field. A reminder will be sent to your email address.
• Make it easy on yourself. The Firefox browser is not only very secure, but also will offer to remember your sign-ins for you.
• The password field is case-sensitive: 'NO' is not the same as 'no' and 'Bob3' is not the same as 'bob3' or 'BOB3'.
• Is it possible that you signed up with a different email address, or that your company changed email conventions since you signed up?
• If you've tried all possible email addresses, please write one of the membership VP(s) who can check the members list inside the Members area for your email address of record.
• If you requested your password reminder be sent to you and you didn't get it, check your email program's 'junk filter' to see if it was routed there in error.
• If you have tried all these options and are still having problems, please write the technology VP, who can check if there is a problem with the functionality of our web site.
