It's a two step process. You need to both confirm attendance at an event, and arrange for payment.
Payments are easily handled through our online form. Advising the board of your plans to attend (which is critical for planning) is done through your secure members area.
Our luncheons are held at the Doubletree Hotel Riverside, at 2900 Chinden Boulevard, in Boise.

The menu for our luncheons is always detailed on our upcoming events page. If you require a vegetarian meal, we can arrange that for you.
The price is $15 for members and $18 for non-members. Prepaying online will save you time at check-in. This must be done by 10 a.m. the day of the luncheon so our Membership VPs have an accurate record.
If you would rather not use the online form, payments at the door must be in cash (exact amounts always appreciated) or by check (made payable to Capital City Communicators).
When you respond to a luncheon invitation in the members area, you'll have an opportunity to note in a comments field whether you require a vegetarian meal, if you are bringing guests, or any other special arrangements.
Confirming your attendance and paying online should be done no later than 10 a.m. (for luncheons) on the day of an event. Responding as early as is convenient is greatly appreciated!
If you found Capital City Communicators from a notice in a newspaper, or through browsing the internet, we hope you'll consider coming to one of our luncheons. Just email one of the two Membership V.P.s so that we know to expect you. Remember you can either prepay online, or pay by check or cash when you check in at the event.
